  • Orders are processed within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. International Shipping

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped and marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Petandez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or file a claim with them.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
